The DL Ricci BOREMaster 8200 is perfect for large boring applications in turbines, stern tubes, rudder posts, struts, missile silos, hinge covers, bearings, gun mounts, large earth moving equipment, valve chambers, wicket gates and seal rings. The system can be configured horizontally, vertically or inclined within a work piece and fits conveniently in limited space.
No other portable line boring system can match the BOREMaster 8200 for smooth boring, accurate alignment, easy set-up and large diameter capacities. Standard models are available to finish bores from 6" to 96" in diameter and in lengths of up to 24ft. A unique coupling arrangement is available to accommodate longer bores. The drive assembly and main bearings slide onto the boring bar and are easily fixed at any point on the bar. The boring heads are split for easy installation and removal, and the facing arm may be substituted for smooth, accurate facing operations without further modifications to the overall system.
The DL Ricci BOREMaster 2500 is a compact and versatile portable line boring system. Despite its small size, the 2500 model is a real work horse.
The BOREMaster 2500 utilises a steel acme feed screw to feed the cutting tool along the boring bar with better stability and accuracy than less rigid push-pull boring systems. This makes it ideal for the repair of mining and quarry equipment, power generation machinery, and other rotating equipment.

Rugged and powerful, for a variety of on-site machining applications, this portable boring bar features set-up cones for speed and accuracy in set-up.
Applications for 2000P model include: line boring, blind boring, facing and trepanning on valve bodies, loaders, excavators, bulldozers, crushers, pavers, paper mills and pump repair, just to name a few of it's many field machining capabilities.
The affordable, compact and rugged design of the DL Ricci BOREMaster 1250PM is capable of repairing bores from 1.5" to 6" in diameter with unprecedented ease. At the heart of the 1250PM model is the unique automatic axial feed and micrometer-adjustable tooling. The automatic feed enables operators across the range of skill levels to machine smooth and accurate bores with precision. The axial feed assembly automatically feeds the boring bar a fixed 0.0025" per bar revolution so you never have to worry about overfeeding.
The optional micrometer-adjustable tool setter allows the depth of cut to be set to within 0.0005". Easy to use functionality is not the only strength of the BOREMaster 1250PM, it also boasts a light weight design making it highly portable.
